CANCELLATION: You may make a request for cancellation of the order placed for a Product any time within 24-hours from the allotted date of delivery. If you do not wish to receive the order delivered, you may email Shavucar7 at support@Shavucar7.com and cancel your order. We will initiate your refund after we have confirmation on the order canceled by you.
EXCHANGE : You may exchange the shoes in an unworn condition if you have any size issues, looking for a different shoe style or don't like the color for any reason . All the shipping expenses for picking up the shoe and sending a new one are taken care of by Shavucar7.
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION.
